Welcome to CJS IT Solutions. By accessing our network, purchasing voucher codes, or subscribing to our residential/business internet packages, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Service

CJS IT Solutions provides high-speed internet access through physical network installations (VIP Subscriptions) and wireless public access networks (Hotspots).

• Hotspot Services: Accessible via prepaid voucher codes or digital payment options. Access is time-limited based on the tier purchased.

• VIP/Residential Subscriptions: Postpaid or prepaid monthly accounts tied to a specific physical location using designated subscriber equipment.

2. Account Eligibility and Billing

• Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly recurring service fees must be paid on or before the designated due date. Subscribers are granted a strictly enforced 7-day grace period following their due date. Failure to settle the outstanding account balance within these 7 days will result in automatic network disconnection.

• Payment Processing: All digital payments handled via Maya, GCash, or QR Ph are subject to successful clearing. CJS IT Solutions is not responsible for transaction failures caused by third-party bank or wallet integrations.

• Reconnection Fees: Disconnected lines due to non-payment may incur a standard reconnection fee before service is restored.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use the network provided by CJS IT Solutions strictly for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the network for:

• Cybercrimes, hacking, unauthorized network scanning, or spreading malware/viruses.

• Downloading, distributing, or hosting copyrighted material without authorization (torrenting or digital piracy).

• Accessing or distributing illegal content, including child exploitation material.

• Engaging in activities that purposely degrade network performance for other users (e.g., launching DDoS attacks or intentional bandwidth flooding).

?? Enforcement: CJS IT Solutions reserves the right to immediately terminate, suspend, or limit the bandwidth of any user or account found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without a refund.

4. Service Availability and Force Majeure

While CJS IT Solutions utilizes enterprise-grade infrastructure to maintain 99.9% uptime, internet services are delivered on a "best effort" basis unless a formal, written Service Level Agreement (SLA) is signed.

• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream provider outages (e.g., PLDT backbone cuts), power grid failures, or acts of God (such as typhoons, earthquakes, and lightning strikes).

• Planned network maintenance will be communicated to subscribers in advance whenever possible.

5. Equipment and Ownership

• Any network equipment provided by CJS IT Solutions to all subscribers (such as modems, routers, or uninterruptible power supply) remains the sole property of CJS IT Solutions unless fully purchased by the client.

• Subscribers are responsible for protecting the equipment from physical damage or theft. Upon termination of service, all company-owned equipment must be surrendered in good working condition.

6. Limitation of Liability

CJS IT Solutions, its owners, and its field technicians shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our network. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business revenue, data loss, or digital security breaches on the subscriber's personal devices.

7. Changes to the Terms

CJS IT Solutions reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect network upgrades, regulatory changes, or shifting business policies. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our network, whether as a Wi-Fi Hotspot user or a Monthly Subscriber, in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.

• Personal Identification Data: For monthly subscribers, we collect your full name, installation address, email address, and active mobile number for billing and technical support purposes.

• Network & Device Data: For both Hotspot and monthly subscribers, our system automatically logs technical data required to route your internet traffic. This includes your device’s MAC address, assigned IP address, session duration, and total data bandwidth consumed.

• Financial & Payment Data: When you pay your monthly bill or purchase vouchers via our digital channels (Xendit, Maya Business, GCash, QR Ph), we receive transaction confirmation details. Note: We do not store your direct credit card numbers or e-wallet PINs; these are securely processed entirely by the respective payment gateways.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use the collected data to operate our Internet Service Provider (ISP) business. Specifically, we use it to:

• Provide, maintain, and monitor the stability of your internet connection.

• Process your monthly billing, send payment links, and issue digital receipts.

• Enforce our 7-day payment grace period and manage account reconnections.

• Provide fast and accurate technical support when you report a connection issue.

• Prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorized network access, or abuse of our bandwidth.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third-party marketing companies. Your data is only shared in the following necessary circumstances:

• Payment Processors: We share basic transaction data with authorized digital payment gateways (e.g., Maya Business or Xendit) solely to verify and clear your payments securely.

• Legal Compliance: We may disclose network logs or account details to Philippine law enforcement agencies (such as the NBI or PNP-ACG) only if strictly required by a valid subpoena, court order, or to comply with national cybersecurity laws.

4. Data Security and Retention

We implement enterprise-grade security protocols within our MikroTik routing systems and billing software to protect your data against unauthorized access or alteration. We retain your personal and billing data only for as long as your account remains active, or as required by Philippine tax and business laws.
